One of the most common problems is the major or minor failure of the electrical network. It is very annoying to be left without electricity, not to mention that it can even be dangerous to our lives.

Electrical wiring in condominiums is very old in many cases, sometimes we even find aluminium wires that are no longer used nowadays. Many times, old joints or switches and sockets inserted even 30-40 years ago cause problems.

Sometimes it is enough to replace a connector, but in some cases the complete electrical network needs to be replaced.

While a complete renovation might be financially burdensome, the fact that we can go to bed and leave the apartment calmly, is priceless. • it is connected to a wire with a cross-section specified by the manufacturer.

Therefore this means that if the right cable is routed to the intended location of the device, the new device can be easily installed.

In case your old device was also electric and was connected to the same place, there is a good chance that the new device can be installed there as well. In each case, our colleague checks the cross-section of the cable as well as the condition of the junction box. If everything is fine, we install the device immediately and validate the warranty.

If the device can not be connected to the wire there (or there is no wire at all), a suitable new circuit must be used from the fuse board. In each case, this requires an on-site assessment first, as its price is influenced by several factors, such as the distance of the fuse board and the planned location of the stove, boiler or furnace, the wire must be routed inside or outside the wall, the condition of the fuse board etc.
